I am very pleased to inform you that your work 'Port' has been selected to exhibit in the 2012 Shanghai Zhujiajiao International Watercolour Biennial Exhibition. Please sign and return the attached document by 7th October.

As you may know, we have experienced some delays in the last couple of months. And also, with the 8-day public holiday starting on 30th September, as well as many preparations still needed prior to the opening, we are anticipating the opening to be in the second half of November. We will post the date on our website as soon as it is confirmed.

You are most welcome to join us for the opening celebration. You will need a visa to enter China, please contact your nearest consulate/embassy or local travel agent for more information. Please do not hesitate to let me know if you have any question and/or require assistance obtaining the visa.

We are very honoured to have you as part of our 2012 exhibition, and we look forward to seeing you in Shanghai!
